The rules for working with CloudST, a trading brand of SineThamsanqa Business Solutions. Short version: we do what we promise, you pay on time, and we treat each other fairly.

We provide AI chatbots, voice agents, digital agent cards, journey automation and related setup, hosting and support as described in your proposal. A paid pilot (for example, our 30-day pilot) is a full service at a reduced scope — the same terms apply unless the proposal says otherwise.
Setup fees are due before build starts; monthly fees are payable in advance and cover hosting, support and minor updates. Custom integrations, advertising spend and third-party costs (for example, voice minutes or WhatsApp conversation charges) are billed separately. Late payments may pause services after reasonable notice.
Support runs over WhatsApp and email with responses within 24 hours on business days. Monthly performance reports are included on retainer packages. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted before work begins.
You provide accurate listings, branding, calendar access and timely feedback, and you confirm you may share any personal information you give us (your own and your clients’) in line with POPIA. Delays on your side may move delivery dates.
Your branding, listings and content stay yours. Our platform, agent frameworks, templates and know-how stay ours, licensed to you while your subscription is active. Case results may be referenced anonymously unless you ask us not to.
Both parties comply with POPIA. How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Notice, which forms part of these terms.
We work carefully, but AI systems converse with the public and we cannot guarantee every outcome or message. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim arose. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Monthly services cancel on one calendar month’s written notice; setup and pilot fees are non-refundable once build has started. These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Questions? Contact us — we would rather talk than argue.
