Welcome to SineThamsanqa Business Solutions! By engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully as they outline your obligations as our client and our commitment to providing quality service.
1. About Us
SineThamsanqa Business Solutions is a South African web design and digital marketing company, offering services designed to help your business succeed online. Our areas of expertise include Website Design, Website Revamps, SEO, Social Media Management, Social Media Marketing, PPC and Google Ads, Workflow Automation, Email Marketing, WordPress Hosting, and Email Hosting.
We are client-focused, results-driven, and passionate about providing you with tailored solutions. Our goal is to help you grow your business in the digital realm, leveraging our local expertise and experience to meet your needs.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Website Design Only:
- Payment is strictly 50% upfront with the remaining balance due upon project approval.
- Work will be conducted on a staging platform controlled by SineThamsanqa Business Solutions.
- Clients may opt to pay the full amount upfront.
- No work will commence without a deposit or full payment upfront.
2.2 Other Services (WordPress Hosting, Domain Registration/Transfer, Social Media Management, WordPress Maintenance):
- Payment is strictly 100% upfront.
- Services will only begin once payment is received.
2.3 Automation and Email Marketing:
- Prices listed on our website reflect the cost of completing the project using our tools.
- If the client wishes to manage the automation independently, they will be responsible for any platform or tool costs.
- A one-time setup fee will be charged for projects managed by the client.
3. Service Cancellation
3.1 Hosting Services:
- A full calendar month’s notice is required for hosting service cancellations.
3.2 Month-to-Month Services:
- Month-to-month service cancellations also require a full calendar month’s notice.
4. Service Turnaround Times
4.1 Website Design (One-Page Website or Landing Page):
- Turnaround time is 3 business days upon receipt of the deposit and necessary access credentials.
- Clients have 3 business days to review and provide feedback after the initial testing.
- Reminder emails will be sent if no response is received:
- Day 1: Initial reminder
- Day 2: Second reminder
- Day 3: Final reminder
If there is no response by the end of the third business day, we will consider the project approved and the balance will be required to release files or publish the site. If the client ceases communication, the website will not be published, and payments already made will not be refunded. Files will be retained for 3 months and then deleted. SineThamsanqa Business Solutions reserves the right to use completed projects for marketing purposes.
5. Invoicing and Payment for Subscription/Month-to-Month Services
- Invoices are sent on the 20th of each month with periodic reminders before and after the due date.
- Payments must be made by the due date.
- Payments should include the company name, domain name, or invoice number for identification.
Note: All payments should be made directly to our business account. In cases of credit refunds, payments will only be made to a bank account. We do not process payments through cashsend or e-wallet services.
6. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
- All materials, designs, and content developed by SineThamsanqa Business Solutions are the intellectual property of our company until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership rights are transferred to the client.
- We reserve the right to use completed projects, designs, and other materials created for clients in our portfolio and for promotional purposes.
7. Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely responses, and access to necessary platforms and systems.
- Clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups if additional storage time is required beyond our 3-month retention period.
8. Limitation of Liability
SineThamsanqa Business Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability in any event will not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the service in question.
9. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate services in cases of non-payment, misuse of services, or violations of these terms and conditions.
10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
SineThamsanqa Business Solutions reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these updated terms.
