CloudST Property is a cloud-based property management platform built around the way local portfolios actually run. The dashboard carries your KPIs — total properties, active tenants, inspections due and open tickets — with every unit, lease and repair one click away.

Maintenance tickets move from open to completed with photos, comments and an assigned provider on each one. Tenants and leases are centralised with payment history and automatic overdue flags, while the AI side of the platform answers enquiries on WhatsApp and the phone around the clock.

Bookkeeping built for a South African accounting practice.

A production-ready bookkeeping platform built for Patterson Accounting Solutions. Each client signs in to a private workspace with row-level security on their data, and the dashboard shows total receipts, total expenses, SARS-deductible amounts, this month's spend and upcoming compliance deadlines.

Receipts upload as images or PDFs with vendor, amount, date, category and payment method, stored securely with signed URLs and a pending, reviewed or flagged workflow. Expenses carry deductible and VAT-inclusive flags, and compliance tracks SARS returns, annual returns, VAT, payroll and financial statements with due dates.
