Welcome to SineThamsanqa Business Solutions.
By engaging with our services,
you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Website Design and Development

    Deposit for website design is 50% before work starts, with the balance due once website development is approved.

    For web design-only and once-off services, full payment is required before the work commences.

  2. Monthly Services

    Payments for hosting and all monthly services are due on or before the last day of the month.

    An invoice for month-to-month services will be sent on the 20th of the preceding month.

  3. Refund Policy

    Refunds are subject to the specific terms outlined in our service agreement with each client. Please refer to your individual contract for details.

  4. Termination of Services

    Clients can terminate monthly services by providing a written notice at least 30 days before the end of the current month. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.

  5. Intellectual Property

    All intellectual property rights to the website design, content, and related materials created by SineThamsanqa Business Solutions remain the property of SineThamsanqa Business Solutions until full payment is received.

  6. Liability

    SineThamsanqa Business Solutions will not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred during the use of our services or websites. Clients are responsible for their own website content and compliance with legal requirements.

  7. Amendments

    SineThamsanqa Business Solutions reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in writing or through our website.
