Referrals remain the cheapest, highest-converting source of business for most agencies. The problem is rarely that clients are unhappy; it is that nobody asks them at the right moment.

There are three moments when clients are most willing to recommend you:
Ask at one of these points and response rates are far higher than a generic request months later.
Send a short WhatsApp message with a direct link to your Google review page. Two sentences, one link, no login hurdles. Offer a prompt such as “What did we do that helped most?” so clients are not staring at a blank box.
A journey tool can trigger the review request automatically when a deal reaches registration. The agent then replies personally to every review. That combination keeps the system consistent without making it feel robotic.

“Congratulations on your new home, Thandi! If we made the process easier, would you mind sharing a quick Google review? It helps other families find us.”
Feature recent reviews on your website, listing pages and Agent Cards. Buyers comparing agencies look for recent, specific feedback from people like them.
Never write reviews on behalf of clients or offer incentives in exchange for positive ones. Only message clients who have agreed to hear from you, and give an easy way to opt out.
CloudST PropConnect includes milestone-based follow-ups, including review requests and anniversary messages, so the ask happens at the right moment every time.
