Arranging a viewing often takes five or six messages: which days suit, which times, confirming the address, reminding the buyer. Multiply that by every enquiry and it adds up to hours each week. Self-service booking changes the maths.

People book almost everything online now. Being able to pick a viewing slot immediately, at 21:00 on a Tuesday, feels modern and respectful of the buyer’s time. It also captures their commitment while their interest is high.
PROTECT THE AGENT'S DIARY
Agents control which slots are available, the buffer between viewings and whether some listings require a call first, for example tenanted properties.
For occupied properties, automatic notifications to the seller or tenant confirm when a viewing is booked. That avoids awkward surprises and builds goodwill with the people whose home you are showing.
For show days, a booking link spreads visitors across time slots, captures every visitor’s details for follow-up and lets you send directions and parking information in advance.
Start with a handful of listings and one or two agents. Review how buyers use the booking flow, then expand. Most teams quickly wonder how they managed without it.
Viewing booking and reminders are part of the CloudST Listing Assistant and the Agent Card.
